The Gibson J-185EC is a model that went through the decades within the Gibson Acoustic catalog. This one we are offering is a 1999 instrument, produced in the Bozeman, Montana factory.

The instrument features a solid Sitka spruce top, a beautiful solid flamed maple back and sides. The tone is clear, crystalline, optimal for strumming.

Electronics is a Fishman Prefix Plus, a traditional piezo with active electronics and onboard EQ controls.
