This instrument has been specially crafted to order by the Gibson Custom Shop. A guitar with an aggressive, distinctive look and a powerful, defined sound.

The Explorer is one of the most iconic models in Hard Rock and Metal, and in this "Custom" version, with a Silverburst finish, it appears even more aggressive.

The pickups are a pair of 496R and 500T, ceramic magnet humbuckers, perfect for Hard Rock and Heavy Metal, offering more power and definition than classic humbuckers, while still maintaining warmth, unlike active pickups.
