Each Fender Custom Shop is a real gem and has its own "soul". This Fender Custom Limited 1961 Stratocaster Heavy Relic in Faded / Aged Surf Green finish impresses with its authentic vintage look.

Regarding the neck we find a 63 "C" profile, more "chubby" than the Mid 60's Oval "C", but still very comfortable. The fingerboard, in sort for darkness Rosewood , is topped with 21 6105 / Narrow Tall frets with a 9.5 "radius, very fast and comfortable.

The sound is generated by a set of Fender Custom Shop Hand-Wound Texas Special Single Coil pickups, with a warm and full tone, perfect for obtaining Bluesy tones, wired with Vintage Modified # 2 Stratocaster wiring which adds a Tone Saver on the Master Volume.
