Fender Custom 1954 Telecaster Relic Masterbuilt Ron Thorn

A Masterbuilt instrument, for those who have kept it in their arms at least once, is something beyond the already execptional experience of a Fender Custom Shop Teambuilt.

It is a guitar so wild to be tamed, an instrument so comfortable that plays fast and sweet. It is an alchemical mix of several small details that make the difference.

This Telecaster based on the model in production in 1954 was built by the Senior Masterbuilder Ron Thorn. Ron, for those unfamiliar with him, is a real "nerd" luthiery. A guitar artisan who does not leave the slightest detail to chance, a builder capable of making amazing instruments from every point of view. A skilled inlayer, an innovative designer, Ron Thorn's performance are often unmatched also on great classics such as this Telecaster.

An instrument built with selected materials, light and resonant, with a traditional electronic configuration, featuring a great punch thanks to the Roasted maple neck.

The neck is a '59 Esquire "C", which satisfies the true fans of the Telecaster model: a neck profile that fills the hand, but which remains ergonomic and soft as butter even in the fastest passages.
