Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s Plaintop - PB

The new Gibson Les Paul Standard is a return to its roots. The Les Paul Standard model is once again the traditional Les Paul, featuring all the technical details from the Golden Era.

In particular, this version is inspired by the Les Pauls of the 1950s and belongs to the limited edition series, Custom Colors, characterized by "extraordinary" finishes.

We find the usual combination of materials for the body, namely solid mahogany without weight relief and maple. The neck features a 50's Rounded profile, which is not small in size but always comfortable.

The rosewood fingerboard is adorned with "Trapezoid" inlays, while the bridge is a classic ABR-1 Tune-o-matic.

The sound generated by a pair of BurstBucker 1 and BurstBucker 2 pickups with Alnico II magnets possesses all the characteristics of vintage Gibson tone: warm, rich with attack, and infinite sustain.

The electronics consist of 4 logarithmic potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors, all hand-wired.
