The Gibson Les Paul Music City Special 50th Anniversary celebrates 50 years of Gibson production in Nashville with an exclusive model that combines vintage inspirations and modern features, designed to provide maximum versatility and performance for the contemporary musician.

Inspired by the Marauder of the 1970s and featuring nods to the essential design of the Music City Junior, the Les Paul Music City Special – 50th Anniversary is a limited commemorative edition, with only 650 pieces available in each finish. Just like the Marauder, it stands out for its unusual combination of woods by Gibson standards: the solid poplar body and maple neck are a deliberate choice aimed at exploring new sonic possibilities, offering modern and versatile tones while retaining the character that has made the brand legendary.

The striped ebony fingerboard, with a 12" radius, is equipped with 22 Medium Jumbo frets for a natural and smooth feel.

The electronics consist of a pair of Gibson 70s Tribute™ humbucker pickups, designed to provide a wide and versatile tonal range, capable of seamlessly adapting to any musical style.

The specifications are completed with chrome hardware, featuring a Nashville Tune-O-Matic™ bridge, aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, Grover® Mini Rotomatic® tuners, and a metal jack plate.
